If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel
maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt.Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
All tourists visiting Monastery and temples must be dressed appropriately. No half
pant, sleeve less shirts, floaters, etc are allowed.

Entry ticket to Statue of Unity for Foreign Nationals is not included in our package costs and they are required to buy the same from www.soutickets.in
In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, booking amount will not be refundable.
In case of late arrival at the tent city, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
The Voucher issued in respect of the packages for Statue of Unity tent city is to be furnished Compulsorily along with Government approved valid Photo ID proof of each guest at the reception counter at the time of check-in; for foreign Nationals, it is mandatory to furnish valid Passport & Visa. Pan card will not be accepted as a valid photo ID.
In case of early arrival at Tent City, guests can pay early check in charges if the rooms are available and if rooms are not available then they have to wait until the check in time as prescribed.
Please note that the cooling of A.C. in the vehicles and common areas will be maintained as per the temperature comfortable to the majority of guest present.
Any amendments with respect to change in Check-in dates

Any incidental, personal and other expenses and cost of items which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.
Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings
of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings/ luggage. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, laptop, electronic items or photographic equipment, antiques, artifacts, work of art, precious metals
and similar valuables at their own risk.
This is an indicative itinerary & subject to change depending upon circumstances or betterment of the product at the sole discretion of management.
All rooms are Strictly Non-smoking areas as per in-house rules.
Guests have to follow the house rules and applicable laws of the land.
Management reserves the right to cancel reservation without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/Visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In which case, alternative dates can be set or full refund will be given.
The management takes utmost precaution to prevent incidents such as fire, short circuits or any other mis-happenings which are beyond the control. However, The management’s liability for loss of baggage due to fire, short circuit or any other mis-happening whatsoever is subject to a maximum amount of `30,000/- per room. All guests can opt for adequate insurance coverage through their insurance company prior to travel to Statue of Unity Tent City.
Visit to Statue of Unity premises, Eco tour, Children Nutrition park, Jungle Safari & glow garden is subject to change/cancel due to any unforseen circumstances without prior notice.
Statue of Unity Premises and other facilities remain closed on every Monday.
Pets are not allowed inside the Tent City.
Due to unavoidable circumstances because of COVID-19, if we need to shut down the property by government Guidelines/rules, we would refund 100% of your accommodation charges of Statue Of Unity Tent City.
We are not liable for any refund of transportation/travel expenses.
If any guest is detected with COVID-19 symptoms at the Statue of Unity Tent City Entry Gate, we will amend the date of arrival as per availability on a complimentary basis. If there is a rate difference then the difference amount has to be paid by the guest. Our expert team will also assist the guest in the nearest hospital.
If any guest is detected with COVID-19 symptoms during his/her stay at the tent city then we will transfer him/her to our in-house isolation centre and our In-house medical team will inspect the guests. If the guests are instructed for further isolation/hospitalization then we will assist the guests to reach the nearest hospital.
Any dispute arising in above mentioned terms & conditions is subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
We are only facilitator for tickets so it is purely depend on online inventory and subject to availability of tickets.
