• Regarding breakfast in USA it is always for 2pax in a room and the extra pax have to pay directly for breakfast. However sometimes there are hotels which allows breakfast for all the pax’s in a room. We can recheck on this after we make the reservation.
• American breakfast consists of Breads, cheese, butter, juices, cold milk, cereals and fruits. Some hotels may provide hash brown potatoes or hot potatoes.
• Resort fee wherever applicable has to be paid directly
• Personal Expense of any nature like, laundry, shopping, incidentals at hotels etc.
• Surcharges for weekends and convention may apply for any trade fair/special event in city.
• Child age  2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
• All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking. 
• Some events are seasonal like Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Beast ride, Yosemite Park, Lake Tahoe etc. (Will be closed for winter)
• We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers.
• No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
• We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
• No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
• We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
• Any tours, transfers or event tickets not mentioned in package inclusions.
• Hotel check in times are 3 pm and check out times are 11 am.
• At the time of Hotels Check-In, all Hotels will collect the advance amount from the guests or may have to give their Credit card at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guest’s use 

• What You Pay at the Counter’ is the balance of the total amount due based on the reservation above, including any optional extras. This is payable on pick-up in destination currency, which is subject to exchange rate changes on day of pick- up.
• 'Total' does not include any additional items you may select at the location, or any costs arising from the rental (such as damage, fuel or road toll charges).
• The Vehicle considered are just examples, Specific makes / Model within a class may vary in availability and features such as passengers seating, luggage capacity, equipment, and mileage.
• For Vehicles with 3rd row seating, the luggage capacity will vary when 3rd row is upright/ or folded down.
• For 8-10 passenger’s vehicles, the luggage capacity may be limited compared to 6 passenger vehicles.

• Vouchers will be released 48 hours after we receive the full payments/ 07 days prior to the departure.
• In case of last minute bookings credit card guarantee has to be provided to confirm the booking and release the service vouchers
• Any on-board expenses will have to be paid by the client directly in cash or credit card.

REFUNDS:

·        There will be no refund on utilized services.

·        Due to reasons beyond our control such asstrikes, heavy traffic, rain etc or you did not use services such as Meals,Entrance Fees, Sightseeing Tour, Hotels, cruises, Optional Tours it is clearlyunderstood that there will be no refund due to any reason whatsoever.

·        Any refund (if due) process will take minimum 30days or the time taken as per the supplier policy on whose services needs to berefunded.

·        Refunds will be given in Indian Rupees and thruCheque or Bank Transfers only even though payment by cash.

·        If refund is due in foreign currency the rate ofexchange will be considered on the day when refund is made and not the day whenthe payment was made.
