Payment Policy
- Initial deposit - 30% of tour cost - to confirm you are booking with us.
- 50% of the Total payment to be made before 20 days of the departure.
- 100% payment is to be made on or before time limit which will be given once the Hotel is blocked Total Payment as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date of Final payment.

Cancellation Policy
- 35 Days prior to Departure or at the time of Booking Confirmation whichever come first 25% of Total tour cost.
- 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 50% of Total tour cost.
- 14 Days to 1 Day prior to Departure 100% of Total tour cost.
- Within 3 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
Note:
- This is just a Quotation and not a confirmation. Everything depends on availability.
- For trade fares and any other surcharge date additional rate would be applicable.
IMPORTANT TOUR GUIDELINES:
- Given cost is an estimate, based on lowest hotel rates exist as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels/Airline. It is subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by the passenger
- Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government Regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any upgradation in room categories.
- Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serveyou a vehicle. For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
- We will not be held responsible for any delay in Airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
- If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
- If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
