Great Barrier Island

This Island is surely a place with a vast landscape but a small population. The exceptional forests, beaches, and bays provide you with the scope for all kinds of wilderness and adventures. For thousands of years, it has protected Auckland’s Harbour from the relentless waves of the Pacific Ocean, creating a boating Paradise. The western side offers a deep sheltered Harbour and calm sandy bays.  And Eastern side of the Great Barrier Island faces the ocean with high cliffs and long white waves beaches.
